Vitamin A is considered as one of the highly essential vitamins for hair. It influences the root of the hair, in other words in it responsible for strength of the hair. Hence, eating food like carrot, broccoli, egg, spinach, pumpkin, mango etc can help you intake required amount of Vitamin A for your hair.

It should be remembered that along with balanced diet it is essential to give up bad habits such as smoking, drugs, alcohol etc which can help in rapid improvement of hair condition and stimulate hair growth.
